The U2L probe is specifically designed UCI probe for measuring hardness in extremely hard-to-reach areas of complex-shaped products, such as gear teeth, deep grooves, and vessels. Its specialized long design allows users to overcome challenges associated with accessing these difficult areas.

Description

The new generation UCI probe U2L is made in an ergonomic stainless steel housing. It has a special protective cap for the indenter and a replaceable cable that connects via a Lemo type connector.

FLEXIBLE USE AND HARDNESS MEASUREMENT IN NARROW SPACES

 

The probe’s nozzle can be removed, providing the user with the maximum length of the indenter and minimizing the diameter of the measuring part. This flexibility allows the U2L probe to reach particularly narrow spaces, making it ideal for measuring hardness in grooves and other confined areas where traditional probes may not fit.
